Uridine-5'-diphosphate disodium salt (UDP)
The product is obtained through the enzymatic transformation of the substrate-uridine monophosphate, then the chromatographic fractionation and purification in the ion-exchange column, the content of which is no less than 85%.
The product is a white powder, freely soluble in water practically insoluble in ethanol. In condition of pH2, the ratio of A250/A260 =0.75±0.05, the ratio of A280/A260 =0.38±0.05, and its λmax is in 262±1nm.
